Terms & Conditions

By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders & Payment

All orders are processed after full payment is received. We accept manual payment options (e.g. QR code or bank transfer) with instructions provided at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraud is suspected.

2. No Refunds or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a serious issue, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our [Refund Policy] for full details.

Once an item is delivered in good condition (as confirmed by the courier), we are not responsible for any damage or dissatisfaction after delivery.

Refunds will not be granted simply because the customer is unwilling to wait for delivery, especially in cases where delayed shipping was clearly communicated (e.g. during sales or promotions).

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary.

• We only deliver to residential addresses.

• During sale periods, delivery may take longer. This is always stated before purchase. If you're not willing to wait, please order at full price.

• We do not accept cancellations or refund requests due to impatience or personal deadlines once the order has been placed.

• Once a package is marked delivered by the courier, we are no longer responsible for it.

4. Product Info

All our perfumes are handmade, hand-poured, and individually packed with care. Each item is crafted in small batches to ensure quality and uniqueness.

Please note: slight variations in scent strength, color, or packaging may occur due to the artisanal nature of our process. These are not considered defects.
