Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All products are handmade, hand-poured, and individually packed with care. Regular orders typically take 1 to 2 weeks to process, though many are completed earlier. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and unforeseen circumstances.

For sale orders:

• Processing begins only after the sale period ends

• Sale orders may take up to 3 weeks or more (depends on volume order) to prepare due to batch production and high demand

2. Delivery Time

Once your order is processed and packed, delivery will commence.

• Standard delivery usually takes 7–10 working days for normal order volume

• Larger or high-volume shipments may take up to 2 weeks

Delivery times depend on your location and courier performance, which are beyond our control.

3. Delivery Conditions

• We only deliver to residential addresses

• Once a parcel is marked “Delivered” (with courier proof such as photo confirmation), responsibility shifts to the customer

• Damage, loss, or theft after delivery is not our responsibility

• Missed deliveries or damage caused after receipt are not eligible for refunds or replacements
